On Wednesday 6th Sept at 7.30pm we will be holding a joint Living with IH and Living with Narcolepsy Catch up. There will be a special presentation by Gina Dennis, Narcolepsy & Idiopathic Hypersomnia Management Beyond Medication. See below for more details.

LIVING WITH NARCOLEPSY & LIVING WITH IDIOPATHIC HYPERSOMNIA - Joint community group catch up.

6th SEPTEMBER - 7.30PM AEST

Guest Speaker: Gina Dennis, CHC

Topic: Narcolepsy & Idiopathic Hypersomnia Management Beyond Medication.

Join Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and PWN (person with narcolepsy) Gina Dennis to learn how to mitigate narcolepsy and idiopathic hypersomnia symptoms by using diet and lifestyle changes and techniques. Gina's specialty is making hard changes simpler for people with sleep disorders. In this presentation, you will learn how to maximize medication efficacy, reduce medication side effects, naturally reduce narcolepsy and idiopathic hypersomnia symptoms, and increase wakefulness.

After the presentation the Living with Narcolepsy and Living with IH groups will go into separate break out rooms to have their usual monthly catch up (for those that would like to stay on) where we will have a general discussion about the presentation.

You will need to register for this presentation. If you have not registered for our living with groups you can find information here including links to register. Please ensure that you join the right group for you, ie: if you have been diagnosed with IH please register for the Living with IH group and if you have been diagnosed with Narcolepsy please register for the Living with Narcolepsy group.

This presentation is open to people diagnosed with IH or Narcolepsy or parents of minors (under 18) who have been diagnosed with Narcolepsy or IH, who are living in Australia or NZ.
